"Had called another State Fam agent to try to get flood insurance, and after he emailed me the quotes, I asked him to call me as I was ready to proceed with payment. I guess he didn't want my money, since he never called me back, so I called Josh Lorando's office, and they were able to take care of me on the spot. The receptionist was incredibly nice, and Jennifer helped me quickly find a policy that was applicable to my situation. (And she saved me money too!) So far, so good! Here's hoping I never have to use the flood insurance!"
